Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Customized or bulk orders may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you in advance.

Delivery Locations:

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may apply on select products or order values — check product details or ongoing offers

Packaging:

All orders are carefully packed using protective and eco-conscious materials to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

Delays:

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:
Weather conditions
Courier service disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

RETURN POLICY

At A&J Gifting, every product is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. Since most of our items are fragile, limited-edition, or curated gifting products, we follow a no return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, preferences, or minor variations in color/design.
Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Replacements(Only if damaged or incorrect):

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged in transit
Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue
Your order number and contact details

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or offer a suitable resolution.

Conditions:

Replacements will only be processed if we receive proof within 48 hours of delivery.
No claims will be accepted without proper evidence or after the time limit.
