Order Processing

• Standard (non-customized) orders are processed based on product availability.

• Customized and branded orders are processed only after design approval and confirmation of the order.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard products: Typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.

• Customized corporate gifting orders: Usually delivered within 7–21 business days after artwork approval and advance payment, depending on the order size and customization requirements.

The exact timeline will always be shared in your quotation or order confirmation.

Multiple Delivery Locations

We can arrange deliveries to multiple office locations across India, subject to prior discussion and applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the quotation before order confirmation.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Since most of our products are customized and made specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or order cancellation after production has started.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition.

• The wrong product is delivered.

• There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Customized Products

Customized or branded products cannot be returned or exchanged once the design, artwork, or branding has been approved by the client.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

• Once procurement, printing, branding, or production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and any advance payment may become non-refundable.

Each replacement request is reviewed individually, and we are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and fairly.
