Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, product availability, or customization requirements.

 

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Some products may require a minimum order quantity. The applicable MOQ will be communicated during the quotation process.

 

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation. If any item becomes unavailable, we will suggest suitable alternatives after discussing them with you.

 

Custom Branding

Production of customized products begins only after receiving written approval of the final artwork or design from the client.

Clients are responsible for verifying all details, including logos, text, colours, spellings, and artwork before granting final approval.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Production generally begins only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

 

Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shared in good faith. While we make every effort to meet committed schedules, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control shall not result in liability for compensation.

 

Intellectual Property

Logos, trademarks, and artwork provided by clients remain their property and are used solely for fulfilling the requested order.

 

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the products supplied. We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or delayed delivery of products.
